Construction principle
The main body of the dehydrator is composed of a fixed ring and a moving ring stacked on top of each other, with a spiral shaft passing through to form a filtering device. The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section. The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring, as well as the pitch of the spiral shaft, gradually decreases from the concentration section to the dehydration section. The rotation of the spiral shaft not only drives the sludge to be transported from the concentration section to the dewatering section, but also continuously drives the moving ring to clean the filter seam, without causing blockage.
Dehydration principle
After gravity concentration in the thickening section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. As it moves forward, with the gradual reduction of the filter gap and pitch, as well as the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a large internal pressure is generated, and the volume continuously decreases, achieving the goal of full dewatering.
